About Denham Springs Main Street

For the past 20+ years, we, the Main Street volunteers, have been helping promote and preserve Denham Springs’ historic downtown area which is a thriving antiques district. We helped renovate Denham Springs’ Old City Hall in 1990-1998, and we established its museum and provide its rotating exhibits. Our volunteers have hosted the Chef’s Evening and Wine Tasting for 17 years, and spearheaded the establishment of Sanctuary Park, Driggers Park and Centerville Park. We also have provided attractive benches, lighting, waste receptacles and other improvements for downtown. Our members help the city present the annual "Christmas in the Village" celebration in the Antiques Village and other Upcoming Events. Main Street holds fundraisers and secures grants to finance our many projects and is entirely self-supporting. We are part of the Louisiana Main Street and the Main Street America programs.

We would love to have you join us!
